The LFM Loadport RFID Reader is a high performance RFID reader designed specifically for the semiconductor industry. The LFM Loadport RFID Reader is a read/write device of the LFM class (LF Midrange), which communicates with passive RFID transponders in the LF frequency range 134.2 kHz. It is designed for auto-ID solutions in the semiconductor industry and is particularly suitable for integration in load ports in clean room applications with a read distance in the small and medium range. High-quality components make the reader very reliable and error-resistant – even in metallic environments.
