Your tasks
Manufacturing Department / Training Group in the area of switchgear construction / electronics technician for operating technology
- Practical & theoretical guidance of the training group
- Contact person for questions and concerns of the trainees
- Organization of the daily work of the training group
- Participation in development meetings
- Accompaniment of trainees
- Support in the further development of our training strategy
- Responsibility for internal exam preparation
- Communication with various training providers
Your profile
- Completed training in an electrotechnical profession, preferably electronics technician for industrial engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the field of switchgear construction
- Additional qualification as industrial foreman including instructor aptitude test
- Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Outlook
- Very good knowledge of the German language, both written and spoken
- Independent and result-oriented way of working
- Pleasure in imparting knowledge and motivating young people
- High degree of social competence
- Ability to work under pressure, in a team, organizational skills & assertiveness
