Your tasks

Area MSR technology/ electrical engineering

Preparation of calculations in building automation
Calculation and preparation of offers for industry, trade, public and private clients on the basis of service specifications or functional descriptions
Customer care and order acquisition
Prosecution of offers and request for quotation for installation and material
Examination of tender documents and preparation of awarding of contracts
Evaluation of offers, preparation, price comparison and award proposals
Participation in contract and purchasing negotiations
Budget preparation after receipt of order as a basis for the project management
Close cooperation with our project and construction managers as well as our purchasing department

Your profile

You have completed training in an electrotechnical profession, preferably as a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d) or technical specialist (m/f/d)
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in instrumentation and control
engineering/building automation, in costing or alternatively in project management
You are proficient in the common MS Office programs (Excel, Word, …)
Knowledge of building law and VOB is desirable
You are characterized by your responsible, independent and careful way of working
Your willingness to work constructively and cooperatively with colleagues and superiors rounds off your profile
