Your tasks

Scheduling: You coordinate all appointments and ensure that flights and hotels are booked for upcoming business trips. You are the number one contact person for internal meetings and events, and you are also responsible for ensuring that sufficient office supplies are always available.

Computer work: Answering incoming mail, writing business letters or obtaining important information – taking care of correspondence is one of your tasks.

Money and figures: You also keep track of your finances. You check and pay incoming invoices. But also vice versa, you set up invoices for services rendered.

Contact with customers: Whether on the phone or in the office, you communicate with customers. You receive applicants or customers.

Your profile

  • You have a secondary school diploma or a good qualification for university entrance
  • You have good oral and written expression skills
  • You are confident with numbers and have a good understanding of mathematics
  • You are communicative, a team player and have a friendly manner

Familiar & Professional

As an office management assistant (m/f/d), you will handle all office management tasks. You will handle correspondence, organize and prepare meetings, and coordinate appointments. You will gain an insight into bookkeeping, accounting and other important operational processes.
