Your Tasks
- Strategic Planning and Architecture: Develop and implement sustainable Microsoft 365 solutions that combine business requirements and IT security standards.
- Administration and Optimization: Operate, configure, and continuously improve the M365 platform (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform).
- Technological Consulting: Advise internal stakeholders on the introduction of new features and strategic development of the IT landscape.
- IT Security Management: Ensure compliance and security requirements in the M365 environment, including MFA, Conditional Access, and Information Protection.
- Automation: Use tools like PowerShell to automate recurring administrative tasks.
- Integration and Innovation: Plan and manage hybrid scenarios (e.g., on-premises and cloud solutions) and introduce new Microsoft technologies.
- Support and Training: Assist IT support with troubleshooting and conduct end-user training.
- Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation and regularly report to IT management.
Your Profile
- You have extensive experience in server administration.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- You have completed training or a degree in IT, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- You understand IT security requirements and processes (ISO27001).
- Your working style is analytical, structured, and conscientious.
- You have strong teamwork skills and a high level of self-responsibility.
- Good German and English skills complete your profile.
