Your tasks
Focus on building automation
- Preparation of calculations in building automation
- Calculation and preparation of offers for industry, trade, public and private clients on the basis of service specifications or functional descriptions
- Customer care and order acquisition
- Prosecution of offers and request for quotation for installation and material
- Examination of tender documents and preparation of awarding of contracts
- Evaluation of offers, preparation, price comparison and award proposals
- Participation in contract and purchasing negotiations
- Budget preparation after receipt of order as a basis for the project management
- Close cooperation with our project and construction managers as well as our purchasing department
Your profile
- A qualification as a technician, master craftsman or technical specialist in the field of automation technology or electrical engineering would be desirable
- Previous experience in building automation is desirable
- You ideally have several years of professional experience in the calculation of technical building equipment
- You have a high degree of cost and responsibility awareness
- You are characterized by your analytical and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
