Your Tasks
- Management of the Microsoft AD Environment:
- Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the local Active Directory environment, including user and group management.
- M365 Azure Administration:
- Support of the hybrid M365 infrastructure (Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online).
- Management and configuration of Azure AD services, including Conditional Access, Identity Management, and security policies.
- Monitoring the Azure environment, including resource usage and performance optimization.
- Security Management:
- Ensuring security standards (e.g., MFA, password policies, access management).
- Monitoring and resolving security incidents and implementing preventive measures.
- Technical Development:
- Evaluation and introduction of new features and tools in the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment.
- Automation of processes using PowerShell or similar tools.
- Documentation and Support:
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Supporting IT support with inquiries related to the AD and M365 environment.
Your Profile
- You have extensive experience in server administration.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.
- You have completed training or a degree in IT, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- You understand IT security requirements and processes (ISO27001).
- Your working style is analytical, structured, and conscientious.
- You have strong teamwork skills and a high level of self-responsibility.
- Good German and English skills complete your profile.
